As founder and President of ErgoScience, Inc. and Iron City Physical Therapy, Deborah has extensive experience in physical therapy, functional evaluations, job analysis, post-offer screening, impairment rating and onsite therapy.
Her work has been published in the national and international journals. Deborah is often a speaker at conferences for Healthcare, Safety and Case Management professionals.

As our lead therapist, Becca offers many treatment options to her patients with the aim of getting them back to their optimum health efficiently and effectively. She collaborates with her patients to customize their treatment to help them meet their personal goals. Through her gentle but persistent guidance and patience, Becca helps her patients achieve maximal improvement and optimize their function. She wants each patient to achieve their personal best.

Madeline became a physical therapist to help people lessen and eliminate their pain. She does that very effectively as part of our team. She loves to build relationships with patients and hear their success stories as they return to activities that they were unable to perform prior to physical therapy.

Alyssa is passionate about working with patients to help them get back to a healthy, fulfilling life. She loves treating her patients, getting to know them better, and learning about their lives. As a physical therapist, she values being able to address mobility impairments and other conditions that cause pain in the body. She works with each patient to help them meet their goals and getting them back to living life without significant pain or discomfort.

Donna joined ICPT in 2009 as the Physical Therapy Coordinator at our worksite clinic at American Cast Iron and Pipe Company. Since then, she has helped grow our worksite clinic and our community-based clinic in the Mountain Brook/Homewood area. Donna has extensive experience treating both orthopedic and neurologic disorders—especially those who have sustained a work-related injury.
She also excels at performing pre-hire Physical Abilities Tests for companies throughout the greater Birmingham area. Regardless of whether an injury occurs at work or at home, Donna helps her patients address the root cause of the problem so the pain is a thing of the past.
