Why Regular Exercise is not enough

A recent blast from the Orthopaedic Section of the APTA describes a research study that shows a link between prolonged sitting and high cholesterol and even death from cardiovascular disease (like heart attacks and stroke)!!!!

This risk was found even in people who exercised regularly!  Is this research finding as shocking for you as it was for me?  If you work in an office environment, share what you do to stay mobile during your work day…let’s all collaborate to live longer!
